AKUVO Adds Mike Ruggiero to Leadership Team
Ruggiero to head Customer Experience Team

Ruggiero joins AKUVO to run the Customer Experience Team (CXT) and will leverage his expertise in customer engagement to deliver an innovative and unparalleled approach to customer satisfaction. He and his team are responsible for a customer’s entire journey with AKUVO, including implementation, issue resolution, configuration and training requests, as well as additional service engagements.
Ruggiero has been serving the credit union market for over 13 years in an array of customer-facing roles, with Akcelerant then Temenos, where he focused on ensuring properly aligned resources, effective communication, and noteworthy customer interactions.
