Andy has an incredible tenure in the credit union space, serving Pennsylvania State Employee Credit Union (PSECU) members for over 20 years. During his time at PSECU, Andy and his team successfully created and launched a state-of-the-art digital loan origination experience that proves to be exceptionally intuitive for members and operationally efficient for the credit union. Andy will be helping other credit unions navigate their current digital origination experience to help increase pull through rates and ensure an increase timely and accurate auto-decisions – giving them the edge to compete and WIN in the increasingly competitive financial services industry.
Drew has been a trusted financial software advisor for over 5 years. In his prior role at Savana Inc. as an Implementation Analyst II, he enabled API integrations to new core banking systems, leveraging extensibility to ensure better efficiency. Previous to Savana, Drew was with Temenos, where he focused on developing and configuring business rules for financial institutions nationwide. Drew graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pa., and brings an exceptionally strong set of technical and analytical skills that allow him the ability to provide unique solutions to help financial institutions operate more effectively and differentiate from the competition.
Jaci has been working in the credit union industry for over 13 years, serving Grow Financial FCU for over 10 years and Chartway FCU for almost 3 years. During her time at both organizations, Jaci had the opportunity to gain an array of experience in a number of roles, from Direct Lending to Lending Business Analyst and even Compliance. Prior to AKUVO, Jaci worked as an Application Administrator, ensuring their technology was helping to drive the objectives and goals of the credit union. At AKUVO, Jaci leverages her hands-on experience to help credit unions refine their current processes and uncover new areas of improvement.
For over 8 years, Natalie has been working side-by-side with financial institutions ensuring efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness of their technology. As a Product Analyst at Donnelley Financial Solutions, Natalie designed technology solutions to standardize and automate disjointed and labor-intensive functions and processes. Prior to AKUVO, Natalie successfully supported over 60 credit unions on the Temenos Collection and Recovery solutions, automating processes through configuration and problem-solving software and data issues and requests. Natalie’s cumulative experience gives her an unrivaled ability to understand a customer’s objectives, design recommendations leveraging technology and help execute on the desired deliverables.
